**Rotations begin on Tuesdays.  Students retain responsibility of cases from their previous rotation until Tuesday, 8am.
Each senior student will be assigned a 2 to 4 day block of VMTH duty over either the Thanksgiving or Winter Break.
The clinic provides for 48 weeks of instruction with breaks at Thanksgiving and Winter Holiday Rotations begin on Monday's at 7am and end on a Monday at 8am unless otherwise noted.
The NAVLE will be administered-November 17 - December 13, 2008 and April 13 - 25, 2009, and California State Board is administered continuously. New exams are available every 6 months - May through Oct. and Nov. throug April.
TREATMENT CREW COVERAGE: CVMA Banquet - TBA; Senior Party - TBA; Graduation - TBA. Treatment Crew will usually be responsible for after hours duties covered by the seniors during special events, unless otherwise notified.
Quarterly financial aid disbursements will occur on the following dates: 6/16/08, 9/22/08, 1/2/09, 3/31/09.
